Get drafted as a lottery pick in the NBA draft in My Player mode ได้รับการดราฟตัวเข้าสู่การเล่น NBA และต้องได้รับคัดเลือกเป็น 14 คนแรกด้วยนะครับ ดังนั้นตอนเล่นคัดเลือกต้องโชว? ฟอร์มให้ได้ดีๆและตอบคำถามให้ดีๆด้วย

 Money Bags

Purchase 3,000 skill points in a single transaction in My Player mode. ซื้อสกิล พ๊อย 3000 พ๊อยในครั้งเดียว ซึ่งจะต้องใช้เงินทั้งหมด 3 ล้านเหรียญ ซึ่งคุณจะได้เงินในทุก  2 สัปดาห์ตลอดซีซั่น ให้เก็บเงินเอาไว้ พอครบ 3 ล้านแล้วค่อยไปซื้อครับ (ทำไม่ได้ในปีแรก เพราะว่าเราจะยังได้ค่าแรงต่ำอยู่)

Complete all 3 in-game objectives in My Player mode ทำ objective ได้ครบทั้ง 3 อันในการเล่น My Player mode ในก่อนเกมส์ทุกครั้งจะมีเป้าหมายให้เราทำ 3 อย่าง  ทำให้ได้ครบทั้งหมดก็จะได้ถ้วยนี้

Purchase Michael Jordan's dunk package (His Airness) in My Player mode. ซื้อท่าดังค์ของไมเคิล จอร์แดน 

สามารถทำได้โดยการเข้าไปใน My Purchase แล้วเลือก "Signature Move" จากนั้นเลือก "Dunk" แล้วเลือก Michael Jordan's dunk ในราคา 5 ล้านเหรียญ

 NBA Cares

Make a donation to the NBA Cares global community outreach initiative in My Player mode. ทำการบริจาคเงินให้ NBA Cares Global community initiative  ทำได้โดยการเลือก My Purchase แล้วเลือก "Activities" จากนั้นเลือก "Charitable Contribution (บริจาคให้การกุศล) " จากนั้นเลือกบริจาคให้กับองค์กร NBA Cares Global communities โดยเราจะต้องเสียเงินเท่ากับ 20%ของค่าจ้างรายปีทั้งหมด ดังนั้นหใ้รีบทำโทรฟี่นี้ตั้งแต่ปีแรก เพราะว่ายิ่งได้ค่จ้างมากยิ่งเสียมากตามไปด้วย

Be named Player of the Game (in an NBA game) in My Player mode ได้รับเลือกเป็น Player of the Game ในการเล่นเกมส์ NBA ฤดูกาลปกติ โหมด My Player

Become a starter in the NBA in My Player Mode. ได้รับเลือกเป็นตัวจริงในการเล่น My Player mode ไม่มีอะไรมากครับ เริ่มมาเราจะเป็นตัวสำรองไปก่อน ให้โชว์ฟอร์มดีๆ เล่นดีๆ เดี๋ยวก็ได้เป็นตัวจริงเองครับ

 I'm Worth It

Land a contract that pays at least $10M per season in My Player mode ได้รับสัญญาที่มีมูลค่าอย่างน้อย 10 ล้านเหรียญต่อปีในการเล่น My Player mode

 My Big Eight-O

Earn an 80 overall rating in My Player mode ได้รับค่าเรตติ้ง Overall ถึง 80 

 My All-Star

Be named an NBA All-Star in My Player mode ได้รับเลือกให้เป็น NBA All-Star 

Immortality

Make the Hall of Fame in My Player mode ได้รับบรรจุชื่อให้เข้าอยู่ในหอเกียรติยศ Hall of fame

ซึ่งการจะเข้าไปอยู่ในนั้นได้ต้องทำเป้าหมายให้ได้ 10 อย่างในทั้งหมด 15 อย่างนี้

Score 20,000 Career Points  ทำได้ 20,000 แต้ม
Record 2,500 Career Rebounds ทำได้ 2,500 รีบาวด์
Record 1,000 Career Steals ทำ 1,000 สตีล
Record 1,000 Career Assists. ทำ 1,000 แอซซิส
Get selected to 5 All-Star Teams ติด All-Star ทีม
Win the MVP Award ได้รับเลือกเป็น MVP

Make the Playoffs 4 times เข้าเล่นรอบเพลย์ ออฟ  4 ครั้ง

Make a game winning shot with no time left on the clock, in a non-simulated game. ทำคะแนนสุดท้ายให้ทีมชนะโดยเป็นการยิงในวินาทีสุดท้ายด้วย

 Trip-Dub 

Record a triple double with any player, in a non-simulated game ทำ triple double ด้วยตัวละครใดก็ได้

 Dub-Dub

Record two double doubles with any teammates, in a non-simulated game. ทำ double-double 2 ครั้งกับทีมเมทคนใดก็ได้

 Five by Five

Record 5 or more in 5 different stats with any player in a non-simulated game. ทำสถิติอย่างน้อย 5 ครั้งในทุกอย่างคือ แต้ม , รีบาวด์,สตีล,บล็อค,แอสซิต จะเป็นผู้เล่นคนใดก็ได้

 It's Raining

Make 15 or more 3-pointers with any team, in a non-simulated game. ทำคะแนนด้วยการยิง 3 แต้ม มากกว่า 15 ครั้งขึ้นไปใน 1 เกมส์จะเป็นทีมใดก็ได้

 Block Party

Record 10 or more blocks with any team, in a non-simulated game.  บล็อคอย่างน้อย 10 ครั้ง

 Men of Steal

Record 10 or more steals with any team, in a non-simulated game สต๊ลอย่างน้อย 10 

 Swat and Swipe

Record at least 5 blocks and 5 steals with any team, in a non-simulated game. ทำอย่างน้อย 5 บล็อคและ 5 สตีล 

 Smothering

Hold the opposing team's FG% below 40% with any team, in a non-simulated game ทำให้สถิติ FG ของคู่ต่อสูงต่ำกว่า 40%  ตั้งรับเหนียวให้ศัตรูยิงพลาดบ่อยๆครับ

 Giveth and Taketh Away

Record 10 or more rebounds and assists with any player, in a non-simulated game. 

ทำสถิติ รีบาวด์และแอสซิตอย่างน้อย 10 ครั้ง

 Hold the Fat Lady

Start the 4th period losing by 10 or more points and win with any team, in a non-simulated game. เริ่มเล่นควอเตอร์ที่4 โดยโดนฝ่ายตรงข้ามทำคะแนนนำไปมากกว่า 10 คะแนนขึ้นไป แล้วพลิกกลับมาชนะได้

 Wire to Wire

Do not allow your opponent to lead the game at any point with any team, in a non-simulated game.

ไม่ปล่อยให้ฝ่ายตรงข้ามทำคะแนนนำเราเลยซักครั้ง

 4-Point Line

Pull off a successful 4-point play with any player, in a non-simulated game ทำการเล่น 4-point play ให้ได้ถ้วยนี้ค่อนข้างยาก เพราะการจะเล่น 4 แต้มนั้น คุณจะต้องยิงลูก 3 คะแนนแล้วต้องโดนคู่ต่อสู็ทำฟาวด์เป็น ฟาวด์ลงจึงจะได้ 3 คะแนนแถมยิงลูกโทษอีก 1 ลูกจึงจะรวมเป็น 4  วิธีที่ง่ายที่สุดก็คือ ให้เล่น 2 คน ให้คุณไปยิง 3 คะแนนแล้วให้เพื่อนไปกดสตีลรัวๆ จะทำให้ฟาวด์ได้ง่ายที่สุดครับ
